OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Requirements:

• B.Sc. degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years work experience in operations management.
• Understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management principles.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with business and financial principles relevant to operations management.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with teams, clients, and stakeholders.

• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.

• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff.
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service.
