Our client in the Agro Industry seeks to hire for the role of Quality Officer.

Job Requirements:

OND/HND in Agriculture or a related field.
Proficient in working independently to ensure accurate outcomes.
Skilled in analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking.
Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Capable of effectively collaborating with team members at all levels.
Willing to undertake domestic travel.

Key responsibilities includes:

Perform daily quality tests on Agro-Produce from farm gates.
Check quality standards upon arrival for processing and shipments.
Conduct visual inspections and identify alterations such as clusters, foreign odors, and color discrepancies.
Conduct conclusive analyses on the quality of production.
Ensure timely, consistent, and informative reporting on quality assessments.
Develop effective methods to monitor and control wastages in production.
Ensure that agro-products maintain quality conditions throughout processing and shipment.
