Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably within a multinational or manufacturing environment.

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.

Ability to synthesize complex information into executive summaries and decision-ready insights.

High business acumen with strong strategic awareness.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with executive presence.

Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.

Prioritize, screen, and coordinate requests to ensure effective use of the Director's time.

Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, briefing notes, and executive documents.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
-
Coordinate communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders across business units and regions.

Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational, financial, and performance data from various departments.

Develop dashboards, KPI trackers, and executive performance reports.

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and interpretation.
-
Translate complex data into concise insights and actionable recommendations for decision-making.

Prepare meeting agendas, pre-reading materials, and background research.

Attend meetings with or on behalf of the Director to capture minutes, decisions, and action items.

Produce post-meeting summaries and insight reports highlighting key outcomes and implications.

Track action items across departments and follow up to ensure timely execution.

Support the monitoring of strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional programs.

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities.

Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, investor engagements, and leadership forums.

Act as a liaison between the Director's office and senior leadership teams.

Manage personal logistics, travel, appointments, and confidential personal matters for the Director as required.

Ensure seamless coordination between the Director's personal and professional commitments.
