The Lamination Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining lamination machines to bond materials in line with production specifications. The role ensures high product quality, adherence to safety standards, and efficient production output within the manufacturing process.

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a flexible packaging company as a Lamination Operator or similar role.

• Ability to read measurements, work instructions, and basic technical documents.

• Basic knowledge of machine operation, mechanical processes, and quality control.

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor lamination machines and related equipment.

• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production specifications accurately.

• Adjust machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and adhesive levels to meet production requirements.

• Load raw materials and unload finished laminated products.

• Inspect laminated products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.

• Carry out routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.

• Accurately record production data, material usage, and quality control checks.

• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines, quality standards, and company procedures.

• Report equipment malfunctions, defects, or quality issues promptly to supervisors.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
