Our client, a top player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking to hire a Software Programmer cum Data Analyst. The role is responsible for managing Microsoft Office 365 administration, developing automation workflows, and creating internal low/no-code applications to enhance business efficiency.  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in software development, IT support, or data analysis.
• Proven experience in Microsoft Office 365 administration and user management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint Lists, and Microsoft Forms.
• Proficiency in low/no-code development tools such as Power Apps, Mendix, or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of programming languages, including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and C#.
• Familiarity with modern UI frameworks such as React, VueJS, Bootstrap 5, and Tailwind CSS.
• Database experience with Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft Office 365 accounts, ensuring seamless user experience, improved communication, and secure system operations that drive workplace productivity.
• Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to eliminate repetitive tasks, reduce manual effort, and increase process efficiency.
• Create and integrate Microsoft Forms with SharePoint Lists to streamline data collection and enhance decision-making speed and accuracy.
• Develop custom low/no-code applications using Power Apps and other platforms to deliver quick, scalable, and cost-effective digital business solutions.
• Continuously optimize and automate existing processes within the Office 365 ecosystem to reduce costs and maximize the use of existing software licenses and resources.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify process gaps, gather requirements, and translate them into user-friendly applications that improve collaboration and agility.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to ensure system scalability, reliability, and adaptability to evolving business needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility through effective database management and analytics reporting, supporting faster and informed business decisions.
