Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking to hire a Senior IT Manager to lead and oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, network restructuring, vendor management, and enterprise-wide technology projects. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless IT operations, drive efficiency through innovative solutions, and manage vendor relationships and service delivery to align with business objectives.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in IT management, focusing on infrastructure and vendor development.
• Proven experience in network restructuring and enterprise communication systems.
• Strong negotiation skills, with experience handling vendor pricing contracts in USD.
• Proficiency in IT project management, ITIL frameworks, and service level management.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure projects including data center upgrades, system integration, and cloud migration.
• Improve internet bandwidth and communication systems for seamless connectivity.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing contracts, and ensure SLA compliance.
