Key Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR consulting.
• Proven ability to source candidates, build pipelines, and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Proven experience in data Management and reporting
• Experience in digital recruitment/marketing or content development and communications.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent data management and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking, etc.).
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate information, and HR data.
• Ensure compliance with data management and record-keeping standards.
• Support employer branding initiatives by managing and growing the company’s presence on corporate social media platforms.
• Assist in other HR consulting services, including client engagement and project support, as required.
