- First degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources Management (5 in managerial grade with responsibility for talent acquisition and development).
- HR certifications such as CIPM, PHRi, SPHRi, etc. are required.
- Experience in developing and implementing a multilocation talent acquisition and development strategy.
- Experience within the manufacturing industry preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing HR teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in organizational development initiatives, change management, and HR metrics reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned to the business objectives and companies' talent initiatives.
- Be responsible for all recruitment and selection processes, talent management, career development planning, succession planning, and internal mobility frameworks in collaboration with line managers.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and workplace culture.
- Communicate manpower requirements to Field HR for upcoming projects, and programs to standardize JDs, structure, and grading system.
- Advice on the adequacy of resources for the proper implementation of HR strategic objectives and further staff development plans.
- Prepare comprehensive periodic and demand-based report on key result areas in relation to the recruitment and developmental processes.
- Liaise with Line Managers to understand their HR requirements and ensure they are fully informed of the corporate HR strategy on talent acquisition and development.
- Manage all recruitment needs for the company, including implementing and continually developing a robust recruitment process.
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the recruitment process, including reviewing job descriptions, website advertising, and updating of the company resource plan, sifting through and selection of CV’s, attending interviews and selecting candidates.
