Our client, a production company, seeks to hire for the role of a Boiler Operator.

OND/HND in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a Boiler Operator in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of boiler systems, steam generation processes, and mechanical components.
Proficiency in operating boilers and auxiliaries via DCS, SCADA, or PLC systems.
Sound understanding of safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor steam boilers and auxiliary equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
Perform safe and efficient start-up, shutdown, and running of boilers and associated systems using DCS/SCADA/PLC interface.
Conduct regular checks on boiler pressure, water levels, and temperature controls to ensure optimal performance.
Report any malfunctions, safety concerns, or irregularities to the maintenance supervisor or engineering team.
Ensure boiler operations comply with environmental standards, and safety policies
