Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance within a power plant, manufacturing, or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including electric motors, control panels, generators, lighting circuits, and power distribution.
• Practical experience with Direct-On-Line (DOL), Star/Delta (Y/D) starters, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and other control systems.
• Good understanding of safety standards, electrical drawings, and troubleshooting methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and periodic inspections of all electrical systems and equipment during shift operations.
• Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of electrical panels, switchgears, and motor control systems.
• Execute planned preventive maintenance and attend to unplanned electrical breakdowns promptly.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in motors, control panels, lighting circuits, and electrical drives (VFD, DOL, Y/D).
• Perform root cause analysis of recurring electrical issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and new equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals for fault diagnosis.
