Our client, a reputable institution, is seeking a Research, Monitoring & Evaluation ( RME) Manager for initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

• HND/B.Sc. in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, Evaluation, or a related field, with a focus on research and evaluation methodologies.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in RME roles
• Substantial leadership experience in a nonprofit or social impact organization would be an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
• Expertise in various RME frameworks and research methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in developing and executing the organization’s RME strategy.
• Design and implement comprehensive RME frameworks including performance measurement and research agendas.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for program outputs, outcomes, and impact.
• Lead the management of data systems ensuring data quality, security, and accessibility.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify insights and trends.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for program improvement.
• Develop high-quality RME reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate research findings and program achievements effectively to various audiences.
• Present RME insights to senior leadership to influence decision-making.
• Strengthen the RME capacity of program staff and partners through training and support.
• Foster a culture of learning and reflection within the organization.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of RME activities into program operations.
• Lead the design and implementation of research initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
• Oversee research methodologies, data collection, and ensure ethical standards are maintained.
• Disseminate research findings through reports, presentations, and publications.
• Lead impact evaluations and assessments to measure program effectiveness.
• Explore innovative RME approaches and technologies to enhance research capabilities.
• Ensure ethical considerations are central to all research and evaluation activities.
