Our client, a leading recycling and manufacturing company, seeks to hire an experienced Sustainability Lead to support the implementation of sustainability initiatives that enhance environmental performance, promote circular economy practices, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, manufacturing, or recycling.
• Knowledge of ESG principles, circular economy, and environmental regulations.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and environmental management systems.
• Experience in sustainability reporting, environmental audits, or compliance is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the company's sustainability strategy.
• Drive initiatives on energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste reduction.
• Promote circular economy practices across operations.
• Monitor sustainability KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Support ESG reporting and environmental audits.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
• Assist in maintaining ISO 14001 and other environmental certifications.
• Conduct sustainability inspections and identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver sustainability awareness and training programs for employees.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on sustainability initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve resource efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
• Support the Sustainability Manager in implementing sustainability projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
