Our client in the FMCG sector is seeking a Storekeeper to manage inventory and warehouse operations efficiently. The role involves ensuring proper storage, accurate stock records, and seamless coordination of goods to support uninterrupted production and supply chain activities.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in storekeeping or warehouse management, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Good understanding of inventory control practices such as FIFO.
• Basic knowledge of stock reporting and inventory systems.
• Ability to work across departments and support operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Store materials properly to prevent damage or deterioration.
• Maintain organized stock using FIFO and other inventory control methods.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and generate inventory reports.
• Inspect deliveries for discrepancies or damages and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Ensure proper documentation for goods received and dispatched.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Coordinate movement of goods and support overall supply chain operations.
