Our client, a manufacturing company, seeks to hire a Senior Accountant to manage financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and compliance. The role involves providing accurate financial insights, ensuring strong internal controls, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in accounting, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with GAAP.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor budget performance and recommend cost efficiency measures.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and implement cost control strategies.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
• Provide financial insights to support management decisions and business growth.
