- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1).
- 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and SEO fundamentals.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and generate insights.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of agriculture, crop production, or agri-business marketing is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with appointed digital agencies to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with key crops, growing seasons, and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate the creation, scheduling, and publishing of targeted content across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor audience engagement, platform performance, and competitor activities to optimize content and campaign effectiveness.
- Build and manage online communities by responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain a positive brand image across all digital platforms.
- Review and analyze digital performance reports from agencies and internal tools.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present summarized digital performance updates to the Head of Marketing.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and content best practices.
