Develop and improve Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and procedures.

Prepare and maintain functional reconciliations with all existing customers (affiliated and third parties).

Improve SLA measurements, customer and employee satisfaction, and enhance quality of AR service delivery.

Review and identify reporting requirements and maintain accurate and timely AR reporting.

Produce daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and obtain variance reports.

Review and submit AR aged analysis periodically (e.g., monthly).
-
Maintain detailed listings of the contents of all AR-related balance sheet accounts.

Ensure implementation of new or amended policies, procedures, processes, systems, and regulations relating to AR.

Assist in the preliminary and annual audit performed by external auditors, including preparation of relevant AR schedules.

First Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

Professional certification, such as ICAN, ACCA, or CFA, is an added advantage.

Minimum of 5–7 years’ relevant experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes, credit control, and revenue reconciliation.

Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced use of Microsoft Excel.

Solid understanding of IFRS and relevant accounting standards.
-
Experience in preparing aged receivables reports and managing customer accounts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
