Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.

• Strong knowledge of transportation management and inventory control systems.

• Experience supervising logistics staff and coordinating third-party transport providers.

• Good understanding of cost control, route planning, and fleet management..

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics and transportation operations.

• Coordinate dispatch and delivery schedules to ensure timely distribution.

• Monitor inventory movement and ensure proper documentation of goods in transit.

• Liaise with warehouse, procurement, and production teams to align logistics activities.

• Monitor fleet utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

• Track logistics performance metrics and prepare periodic reports.

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.

• Supervise and evaluate logistics staff performance.
