- Degree or certification in HSE, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in rigid manufacturing or heavy industrial environments
- Strong understanding of machinery safety, lockout/tagout, and equipment hazards
- Experience enforcing safety procedures on shop-floor operations
- Ability to conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Good stakeholder engagement skills
- Professional HSE certification is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce HSE standards within rigid production and warehouse areas
- Monitor compliance with machinery safety and operational procedures
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses
- Lead toolbox talks and safety awareness programs
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices
- Maintain accurate HSE records and reports
- Support continuous improvement of safety performance and culture
