Key Requirements
Apply For Job- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related discipline
- Proven experience in business or operational data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Working knowledge of databases, SQL, and data extraction techniques
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex data into clear management insights
- Experience supporting senior management or executive teams
- Ability to work independently on a retainer or project basis
- Collect, clean and analyze data to produce accurate, actionable insights to support managers.
- Maintain/update databases and spreadsheets; assist in developing analytical tools (Excel/SQL/Power BI).
- Create regular reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs; prepare presentation slides for review.
- Support cross-functional teams by gathering data and communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify trends and issues, recommend improvements, and assist in implementing solutions.
- Assist in preparing meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and reports, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance data quality and integrity
- Proactively solicit feedback to refine analytical approaches and optimize the relevance and effectiveness of insights.
