Our client in the manufacturing sector seeks to hire Rigid Technical Operators to operate and optimize rigid packaging equipment including Tampos, CCM, and PET preform machines to achieve efficient and quality-driven production.
Key Requirements
Apply For Job- OND/HND or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering
- Minimum of 3–7 years’ practical experience operating Tampos, CCM, or PET preform machines
- Strong understanding of machine setup, changeovers, calibration, and process control
- Proven troubleshooting capability for mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical faults
- Knowledge of injection molding and preform manufacturing processes
- Carry out machine setup, changeovers, and parameter adjustments
- Monitor process variables to ensure consistent product quality
- Perform first-level troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report abnormalities
- Support preventive maintenance and cleaning activities
- Ensure production output meets defined quality and efficiency targets
- Maintain accurate production and machine logs
- Comply with all safety procedures and operational standards
