Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Professional HR certification is an added advantage.

Minimum of 3–5 years’ progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Proven experience in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations in a fast-paced organization.

Demonstrated experience in implementing KPI-driven performance appraisal systems.

Strong analytical capability with experience using HR metrics and data to drive decisions.
-
Advanced knowledge of payroll management and statutory compliance.
-
Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel tools and HR analytics.
-
Mandatory experience in facilities management, fleet management, and general administration.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Support the implementation and management of performance management systems, including employee goals, KPIs, and career development tracking.

Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, including resolution of benefits-related matters such as HMO and other welfare issues.

Oversee payroll processing, benefit administration, and ensure timely remittance of statutory obligations (ITF, NSITF, GLI, GLA, etc.).

Ensure full compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and relevant industry regulations.

Support the management and maintenance of the company’s social media platforms for employer branding and internal communications.

Analyse HR metrics (attrition, hiring timelines, employee engagement, productivity) and prepare dashboard reports to support management decision-making.

Manage general administrative functions including facilities, fleet, and office administration.
