We are seeking a dynamic professional to ensure the efficient utilization of resources and to provide financial and operational insights that support our client’s strategic decision-making.

The role involves cross-functional coordination to enhance cost efficiency, productivity, and overall operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, gather and document requirements, and monitor the implementation of solutions that drive improved business performance.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA, ICAN) are an added advantage.
• 3–7 years’ experience in operations analysis, financial controlling, or business operations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Navision), and BI tools (Power BI, etc).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Operations Performance Management

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operational KPIs.
• Analyze production, logistics, inventory, and service metrics to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and operational reports for senior management.

2. Financial & Cost Control

• Track operational costs, budget variances, and resource utilization.
• Support development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Evaluate cost-saving initiatives and measure financial impact.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.

3. Process Improvement

• Review workflows and operational processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Recommend and support implementation of process optimization initiatives (LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Monitor operational risks and propose mitigation strategies.

4. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare routine operational and financial reports (performance scorecards, variance analysis, cost dashboards).
• Conduct root-cause analysis for deviations in cost, quality, or productivity.
• Present findings and recommendations to management.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting across departments.
• Support decision-making by providing accurate and timely operational intelligence.
