We are seeking an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to support the effectiveness of a top executive within a group of companies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably within a multinational or manufacturing environment.

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.

  • Ability to synthesize complex information into executive summaries and decision-ready insights.

  • High business acumen with strong strategic awareness.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with executive presence.

  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.

  • Prioritize, screen, and coordinate requests to ensure effective use of the Director's time.

  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, briefing notes, and executive documents.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

  • Coordinate communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders across business units and regions.

  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational, financial, and performance data from various departments.

  • Develop dashboards, KPI trackers, and executive performance reports.

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and interpretation.

  • Translate complex data into concise insights and actionable recommendations for decision-making.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, pre-reading materials, and background research.

  • Attend meetings with or on behalf of the Director to capture minutes, decisions, and action items.

  • Produce post-meeting summaries and insight reports highlighting key outcomes and implications.

  • Track action items across departments and follow up to ensure timely execution.

  • Support the monitoring of strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional programs.

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities.

  • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, investor engagements, and leadership forums.

  • Act as a liaison between the Director's office and senior leadership teams.

  • Manage personal logistics, travel, appointments, and confidential personal matters for the Director as required.

  • Ensure seamless coordination between the Director's personal and professional commitments.
