• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (industrial attachment or internship experience in manufacturing or automation is an advantage).
• Basic understanding of process control, sensors, transmitters, and automation systems (PLC, SCADA).
• Strong diagnostic and analytical skills with a willingness to learn hands-on.
• Good communication, teamwork, and safety awareness.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining factory instrumentation and control systems during assigned shifts.
• Support troubleshooting and calibration of field instruments under supervision to meet production requirements.
• Participate in both planned and unplanned instrumentation maintenance activities.
• Learn to perform routine maintenance and calibration on sensors, transmitters, and control devices to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Observe and assist in diagnosing and resolving instrumentation or control issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, calibration data, and observations as directed.
• Comply with all factory safety procedures, lockout/tagout processes, and maintenance standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and operators to support smooth operations and system improvements.
• Participate in training sessions on PLC, SCADA, and plant automation systems to build technical competence.
