Our client in the manufacturing sector is looking to fill the role of Data Analyst.

Key Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a data analyst.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Microsoft Excel, Tableau).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyze data to produce accurate, actionable insights to support managers.
• Maintain/update databases and spreadsheets; assist in developing analytical tools (Excel/SQL/Power BI).
• Create regular reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs; prepare presentation slides for review.
• Support cross-functional teams by gathering data and communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify trends and issues, recommend improvements, and assist in implementing solutions.
• Assist in preparing meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and reports, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance data quality and integrity
• Proactively solicit feedback to refine analytical approaches and optimize the relevance and effectiveness of insights.
