Our client in the manufacturing sector is seeking to hire an HR Officer.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

• Professional HR certification is an added advantage.

• Proven experience in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.

• Proficiency in payroll management and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talents.

• Administer performance management systems to track employee goals, KPIs, and career growth.

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, including benefits administration (e.g., HMO and related matters).

• Oversee payroll and benefits administration, including remittance of statutory obligations (ITF, NSITF, GLI, GLA).

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and industry regulations.

• Analyze HR metrics (attrition, time-to-hire, employee satisfaction, productivity) and prepare dashboard reports.
