Apply For JobOur client seeks to hire an Enterprise Development Manager to lead and manage entrepreneurship programs focused on equipping participants and alumni with the skills and support needed to build and scale sustainable creative businesses. The role involves program execution, business advisory, partnership development, and driving measurable impact across supported enterprises, with a strong focus on empowering women entrepreneurs.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in enterprise development, program management, or business advisory.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- Experience working with entrepreneurs, startups, or SMEs.
- Strong understanding of business development, market access, and growth strategies.
- Experience designing and delivering training or capacity-building programs.
- Strong stakeholder and partnership management experience.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage entrepreneurship programs from planning to execution.
- Support women entrepreneurs with mentorship, business advisory, and growth strategies.
- Deliver training sessions and organize workshops/bootcamps on entrepreneurship, business planning, branding, and intellectual property.
- Provide one-on-one advisory support on business registration, operations, and market positioning.
- Facilitate access to funding, training, and market opportunities for participants and alumni.
- Build and manage partnerships with NGOs, financial institutions, government agencies, incubators, and accelerators.
- Connect participants to mentors, investors, and relevant ecosystem opportunities.
- Maintain and update a database of alumni businesses, tracking growth stages and support needs.
- Monitor and report on business growth, program outcomes, and success metrics.
- Ensure all program activities align with organizational goals and impact objectives.
