Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime.
• Oversee maintenance of all plant machinery, utilities, and production equipment.
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
• Ensure rapid response to equipment breakdowns and coordinate corrective actions.
• Plan and manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and procurement of tools and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Monitor KPIs such as downtime, MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to optimize plant performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
