To oversee CCTV surveillance operations within the plant, ensuring effective monitoring of activities, protection of company assets, and a safe working environment in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of OND, or HND with relevant experience

• 2–4 years’ experience as a CCTV Operator or in industrial security

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, factory, or plant environment is an advantage

• Proficiency in operating CCTV systems, DVR/NVR equipment, and monitoring software

• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and incident reporting tools

• Good understanding of HSE standards and access control procedures

• Strong observation skills and high attention to detail

• High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality

• Ability to work under pressure and on a shift-based schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV footage across production, warehouse, yard, and administrative areas

• Identify, observe, and report suspicious activities, safety breaches, theft, or unauthorized access

• Maintain accurate daily surveillance logs and incident reports

• Retrieve, review, and preserve CCTV footage for investigations when required

• Ensure CCTV systems and equipment are functional and report faults promptly

• Enforce compliance with security procedures, HSE standards, and plant access controls

• Coordinate with Security Supervisors, HR, and Management on security-related incidents

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of surveillance data and recordings
