Key Requirements 

• Degree or certification in Health, Safety & Environment, Engineering, or related field 

• Minimum of 4–6 years’ HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial operations 

• Strong knowledge of Nigerian HSE regulations and international best practices 

• Experience conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations 

• Ability to deliver safety training and toolbox talks 

• Strong reporting and documentation skills 

• Good leadership and enforcement capability 

• NEBOSH, IOSH, or similar certification is an advantage 

Key Responsibilities 

• Implement HSE policies and procedures across flexible operations 

• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments 

• Identify workplace hazards and enforce corrective actions 

• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions 

• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions 

• Monitor compliance with environmental and waste management standards 

• Maintain HSE records, reports, and statutory documentation 

• Promote a strong safety culture across operations
