Key Requirements
Apply For Job- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5–8 years’ progressive quality control experience within plastics, recycling, or FMCG manufacturing
- In-depth knowledge of rPET quality parameters, contamination control, and food-grade compliance
- Experience managing laboratory testing, quality audits, and corrective actions
- Strong understanding of ISO standards, GMP, and regulatory requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing QC teams
- High analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interface effectively with production, procurement, and external auditors
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems for rPET production
- Supervise laboratory testing, inspections, and quality monitoring activities
- Define quality parameters and acceptance criteria for raw materials, processes, and finished products
- Investigate quality deviations, root causes, and corrective actions
- Lead internal and external quality audits and regulatory inspections
- Train and mentor QC staff on quality procedures and standards
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to management
- Drive continuous improvement in rPET quality and compliance
