Apply For JobThe Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating civil construction activities to ensure projects are executed in line with approved designs, quality standards, safety regulations, timelines, and budgets. The role involves managing site operations, contractors, labor, materials, and equipment while supporting the Project Manager in achieving overall project objectives.
Key Requirements

Degree or Master’s (MSc) in Civil Engineering

10–12 years of relevant experience in building construction and related civil works

Strong technical knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and site practices
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design and visualization software
-
Ability to interpret and implement technical drawings and specifications accurately

Experience in construction planning, scheduling, and site coordination
-
Knowledge of site layout, grading, utility design, and regulatory requirements
-
Good understanding of quality control, safety standards, and government regulations
-
Strong planning, organizing, and decision-making skills
-
Effective communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to manage subcontractors, labor, materials, and equipment efficiently
-
Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet project timelines
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring construction activities
-
Supervise daily site operations to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and standards
-
Prepare bar bending schedules, work plans, and material schedules
-
Monitor site levels, alignment, and layout during construction
-
Inspect reinforcement works and ensure readiness before concreting activities
-
Coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower prior to and during construction works
-
Supervise concreting and curing processes and maintain proper site records
-
Manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of work
-
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements
-
Prepare site reports, MIS reports, and other required documentation
-
Identify, report, and address deviations from approved plans and schedules
-
Allocate tasks to site labor and ensure effective utilization of resources
